Story
Pola escaped from the train in a group of nine Jews. They were helped by the Gondorowicz family, who placed them in the nearby village of Drochlin and paid a farmer to arrange a hiding place for them in a pigsty. They came to visit them often and brought them food. However, as a result of their inattention, the Germans found the hiding place. Dawid Braun, Shmuel and Alek Rubinek were murdered. The others escaped to another hiding place in the village of Olszówka, where they survived until liberation.
